With over 30 years of experience working alongside Native American Tribes, Walt has built a diverse career across industries such as gaming, manufacturing, and insurance. His extensive expertise spans both hospitality and insurance, where he has held key leadership roles at multinational corporations, recieving numerous accolades. Walt’s deep understanding of tribal affairs, coupled with his broad industry knowledge, positions him as a trusted advisor and partner to Native American communities.

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Ryan has owned and operated multiple successful businesses spanning the entire food system, including agriculture, grocery, and livestock. His expertise extends beyond food systems as he serves as an investor, consultant, and advisor to private companies across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, farming, wildlife, and health and wellness. Ryan’s strategic insights and leadership have helped drive growth and innovation across these sectors.
